Tips for designing a healthy home

To me, a healthy home is one that feels cosy and charming (in Denmark, we call it “hyggelig”) and have great views to nature so it can function as a base to both mentally recharge and entertain. It must encourage an active lifestyle rather than allowing its inhabitants and guests to resolve to laziness and sitting to much. As a foundation, I would always make sure to optimize ventilation, air and water quality, lighting (biological lighting), and thermal health, and reduce moisture, noise, and dusts and pests.
